Financial support (Chartered Buses/Large Taxies) program is available for your Conventions. This financial program partially supports your expences for the chartered Bus or Large Taxi.

Eligible Period

Apr. 1st, 2025 - Feb. 28th, 2026

Requirements

A) A group of 100 pax or more from outside Okinawa
B) Convention which fulfills ALL of the below:
　・Total number of participants is 50 or more
　・Rotates at least between 3 countries (including Japan)
　・Occurs regular basis (conventions held for 1 time only is not eligible)

Application Guidelines

Please submit your application via the application form at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date (including weekends and public holidays).
