Welcome support program is available for your Meeting events & Incentive Tours. This program helps you satisfy your guests or participants with various entertainment contents and helpful materials.

※Applications for wellcome support program have closed as the budget limit has been reached.

Eligible Period

April 1st, 2026 – March 31st, 2027

Requirements

A) A group of 100 pax or more from outside Okinawa
B) A group of 40 pax or more from overseas
C) A group of 20 pax or more from Europe and North America

Application Guidelines

Please submit your application via the application form at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date (including weekends and public holidays).

Deadline

Application must be submitted 30days in advance.
