Trends in the MICE held in Okinawa Prefecture

The MICE held in Okinawa Prefecture have increased year by year, and the number of cases in 2018 was 1,238 (increased by 2% and 29 cases year-on-year).
As is the case with the past trend, the proportion of “Incentives” was the highest (674 cases, 54%) in the composition of the entire events (Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing, and Exhibitions). “Meetings was the second highest (170 cases, 14%), which was followed by “Conferencing” (241 cases, 19%) and “Exhibitions” (153 cases, 12%). In 2018, the proportion of “Conferencing” increased by 15% year-on-year.
