Welcome support program is available for your Meeting events & Incentive Tours. This program helps you satisfy your guests or participants with various entertainment contents and helpful materials.

Eligible Period

April 1st, 2024 - March 31st, 2025

Requirements

A) A group of 100 pax or more from outside Okinawa
B) A group of 50 pax or more from overseas

Notes

* Itinerary must include any of the following corporate events.
- Private party, Team building, Conference, Award ceremony, Corporate meeting, Seminar/Training
* Eligible “Meeting events” refer to meetings, seminar/training, award ceremony, etc. held for the purpose to
promote businesses, or share ideas.

Deadline

Application must be submitted 30days in advance.
