A grand opening ceremony took place in July 2019 at the Shigira Seven Miles Resort on Miyakojima's southern coast. The facilities of the hotel include two buildings, an eleven-story building, and a private villa with all guest rooms over 51 m2. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea, sky, and greenery from all of the rooms. The hotel offers several large and small meeting rooms, as well as a chapel on the property, making it easy to host everything from small conferences to large international conventions.
