Welcome support program is available for your Conventions. This program helps you satisfy your guests or participants with various entertainment contents and helpful materials.

Eligible Period

April 1st, 2024 - March 31st, 2025

Requirements

A) A group of 100 pax or more from outside Okinawa
B) A group of 50 pax or more from overseas
C) Convention which fulfills ALL of the below:
　• Total number of participants is 50 or more
　• Rotates at least between 3 countries (including Japan)
　• Occurs regular basis (conventions held for 1 time only is not eligible)

Deadline

Application must be submitted 30days in advance.
